Donate Items

Our largest and most prominent fundraising event of the season, the Dinner Show & Auction raises almost a third of the Seattle Choral Company’s annual operating revenue. It also provides corporate and individual supporters of the Company with opportunities for high visibility among our generous attendees.

Item Donor:

We need exciting items to include in our Live and Silent Auctions. This year, in order to make the most of our limited display space we are seeking donations with a fair market value of at least $50. Our auction attendees and online bidders are anxious to bid on unique and fun items, so we ask for your creativity as well as your generosity! Items that work especially well include: fine artwork, specialty trips or experiences, one-of-a-kind services, or “themed” packages of luxury gift items.

There are several ways you can donate items:

• Fill out a Procurement Form and mail or fax it back to the Seattle Choral Company at the address or number at the bottom of the form.

Once you donate an item it will be reviewed by our catalog writers and be available for viewing by our guests and supporters in our online catalog.
