Bells of the Sound Handbell Choir

The Seattle Choral Company's 28th season will open with "A Cathedral Christmas," presented at Bastyr University Chapel in Kenmore on December 5, 2009 at 3:00pm, and also at Saint Mark's Cathedral, located on Seattle's Capitol Hill, on December 11 and 12, 2009 at 8:00pm.

Both venues offer spectacular acoustics for a holiday program composed of glorious music for women's and men's voices as well as for the combined SCC chorus. The audience will enjoy Christmas classics as well as traditional favorites in contemporary settings. Joining the chorus as guest artists will be harpist, Bethany Man, the Bells of the Sound hand bell choir, and organist Thomas Joyce.

"A Cathedral Christmas" promises to bring together the music, the wonder, and the traditions that we all enjoy during the month of December.
